The DNC email hacks and Donald Trump’s deep policy alignment with Putin have caused a great deal of (completely legitimate) concern. We looked at the red flags, the potential impact on American power, and at the impact on our most vulnerable allies in places like Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. This is an issue that we will almost certainly revisit multiple times before the November election.
