I&#039;m afraid I don&#039;t get it then.  Why does Viacom need data for user&#039;s viewing habits to gather his information when all they have to do is collect instances of Viacom programs on Youtube and how many views each video as had? 

I&#039;m not expecting you or anyone not a lawyer to answer this question, of course...  But Viacom&#039;s reasoning just doesn&#039;t make sense.</description>
