Worth noting as well that the chatter on the right-wing blogs here is dominated by this allegation that Michelle Obama said something she might now regret and there is a tape etc etc etc.

There’s always speculation about potential October surprises. I don’t pay much attention to them because they rarely pan out. This one is catching on because it seems plausible but I won’t be paying attention unless somebody coughs up the rumored video.
