All I can say is that all the blogs and opinions that I’ve read on this page did nothing but to cause me to wonder where Ron Paul really stands! Can’t tell by what I read above. Good luck to anyone who can decipher this mess!

For anyone with a brain, that actually likes to research issues instead of just believing some smear campaign, view the comments on the New Republic article. Every argument is thoroughly and convincingly refuted. I was undecided about Paul before, but these terrible excuses for journalism have convinced me that, since no one will (or can?) actually refute Paul’s positions, they’ll just use old, refuted personal attacks to scare people away.

I wouldn’t vote for Paul, but he brings to the primaries what we need: strong, outside, independent voices to the streamlined, worthless mainstream political campaigns. Enough of arbitrary “change” and “freedom” and ending “tyranny.” Let’s talk issues, for once. Oh wait, I forgot, the American people can’t handle that.

“Oh, what’s that, you say he has ties to someone who has ties to someone who wrote a publication which has ties to an article that might be construed as anti-semitic? Oh, goodness, I can’t vote for him.” Give me a break. I am disappointed a reputable blog such as this exclaims that “it’s great to see this material finally getting the visibility it deserves.” I had hoped that the internet and blogs in particular would help us escape the downfalls of the mainstream media and political process. It appears that this hope was misplaced. This is politics as usual. I hear Fox News is looking for journalists…

Yes, it reduces Ron Paul in my mind, but I notice that the Author of the piece himself says he doesn’t think that Ron Paul is Racist. But that he’s a cynic and wants to stir the pot. Keep that in mind, the person who wrote the piece admits that he’s doing it just to screw with Ron Paul and his supporters.
