		<description>United States Institutes for Peace is selling it&#039;s ripped of the US government.  How did they get the mall real estate from Congress?  Which bill gave them the property for their headquarters?  How much are they due to be payed this year and for building the institute?

Looks like the Repubulican&#039;s NGO and Newt&#039;s toy.</description>
