		<description>There is nothing you can do to hinder or slow down technological advances in any field, nuclear included. It is important to realise that North Korea could have done this in privacy until the end. Let the other camp of the South acquire those weapons as well, at least every nation will fear any other nation and the world may be at peace. Its really sad to learn that irresponsible nations with the intension of distruction possess such weapons, easpecially in view of the terrorism recently.</description>
