Funny how Dr. Murray finds cantson's comments offensive but has nothing to say about the first comment:

"Many more of your soldiers gonna be killed in the days and weeks ahead. Summary of death will be as follows: we’ll cut their genitals/boobs depending on their gender, disembowel their intestines and slit their throats and then post the videos of the executions/massacres on our newssites"

In response to:
Comment by Dr. Murray 06.23.06 @ 6:29 am
These types of comments only re-inforce the complete lack of respect that people outside the USA feel towards Americans and the foreign policy of the government that they voted to power, again.
You obviously don’t know anyone from the middle east. They are beautiful people with a wonderful culture that you simply do not understand. Read a book on the middle east and islam. Educate yourself and you will see the absurdity and narrow-mindedness of your comment.

How dare you sir?! Have you been to Iraq since this war has begun? Do you not know what is happening to our soldiers? If those people were as "beautiful" as you say "with a wonderful culture" as you say, then why don't they take over for our troops and start putting their country back together? Instead, they smile at our guys one minute and launch RPG's and other weapons at them the next. That is not a beautiful person. Sorry to inform you but books about the middle east will only portray what an author wants you to think and see. As with our own government and news in the US.. they make the citizens of this country think everything that is happening there is so great. I've got news for ya!... It's WAR. My husband is there and I hear things that he has seen and lived through that no human being should ever have to. You really need to wake up sir! Talk about "and narrow-mindedness" as you say.... look in the mirror! My husband was on the team that recovered these soldiers bodies... you have no idea what you are talking about when you say these people (Iraqi's and Islam) are beautiful. Only the sick and mental could ever devise such a horrific deed against our soldiers. I hope they all burn in hell for what they have done.

"We own you. We can take your little hellhole of a country and occupy it for as long as we like. Drain every barrel of oil from it and leave you with nothing but dust and camel dung. And don’t forget it, bub."

I dont get why when Americans mess up like the whole prison scandal its like the "end of the world" and everyone gives us shit but when some assholes kidknap, torture and behead soldiers usually journalists people who arent even fighting it barely gets global recognition.

Warning: Random thoughts from confused and dazed individual.
I've boiled it down to this. The ARMY says "Hey you guys stand here" Then everybody went to lunch? No backup? No quick reaction force? No reinforcements? These guys were attacked by a foe that usually just wants to kill and not take prisoners? What do you mean missing?

Bloomberg:
The search began within minutes of the attack, after communications with the checkpoint ended, Major General William Caldwell said yesterday.
The missing soldiers were part of a unit checking vehicles at a canal crossing near the Euphrates River, in the vicinity of Yusifyah south of the Iraqi capital, Baghdad. Coalition soldiers nearby reported hearing an explosion and small-arms fire at about 7:55 p.m., Caldwell said.

AP:
Ahmed Khalaf Falah, a farmer who said he witnessed the abduction of the Americans on Friday, said three Humvees were manning a US checkpoint near Youssifiyah, about 12 miles south of Baghdad, when they came under fire from many directions.
Two Humvees chased after the assailants, but the third was attacked before it could move, he said. Seven masked gunmen, including one carrying what appeared to be a heavy machine gun, killed the driver of the third vehicle, then took the other two soldiers captive, Falah said.

CBS:
What puzzles military officials about the soldier's disappearance is why the team seemed so isolated at the time of the attack, reports CBS News correspondent Lee Cowan. U.S. commanders say it would only be under extraordinary circumstances that a US patrol would split up.
But CBS News has been told that the Humvee from where the men disappeared was at a canal crossing at the time of the attack. They were separated by a couple hundred yards from their nearest U.S. colleagues — who were at a checkpoint to the northeast. Military officials don't know why they may have been that far away from a checkpoint alone — but they're casting doubt on witnesses who say that the doomed soldiers were left there after the other U.S. soldiers sped off in pursuit of the attackers.

AP:
The three were assigned to the 1st Battalion, 502nd Infantry Regiment, 2nd Brigade, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), Fort Campbell, Ky.
Despite the presence of more than 130,000 U.S. troops in Iraq, abductions of American service members have been rare, with three previous cases reported.

Out of the six groups, only al-Qaeda and Jaish al-Taifa al-Mansoura had been responsible for any large scale-operations.

Many more of your soldiers gonna be killed in the days and weeks ahead. Summary of death will be as follows: we’ll cut their genitals/boobs depending on their gender, disembowel their intestines and slit their throats and then post the videos of the executions/massacres on our newssites: www.kavkazcenter.com and english.aljazeera.net.
